Unregistered sim
When you buy a pay as you go phone (o2) do you need to register the sim first. I cannot use the phone as it says "unregistered sim" and wont let me even ring the number to top up...... the free phone (0800 005 005 ) for o2 does not work any more is there any other number i could try or has anyone else had this message ???
