PAC code can be used where?
If you have a mobile number on PAYG or contract and request a PAC code from the company, can you take out a new contract with that company and advise them you have a PAC code (from themselves)? This question is really because some companies are still offering better deals to "new contracts" than to "upgrades". Thanks
