Tesco sim only - a good deal??
This deal sounds good - Top up £10 and after 48hrs they give you £10 free. Plus 5 favorites with cheaper costs. Anyone know of any downside to this. seams to be the best sim only around.

Charging for 1st Minute
Do all the mobile newworks charge you a full minute of your calltime irrespective of how long the call lasts. Recently Virgin changed their policy on this. Before you were charged by the second but now if you make a quick call of say 25 seconds they charge you the full minute. Do all the mobile companies do this?
