Hi, Just been approved for a mortgage. We have signed mortgage agreement etc. and just waiting for house to be built. We also are desperately needing to update our car, how likely would it be to get accepted for a loan just weeks after being accepted for a Mortgage? Also would going for a loan put the mortgage in jeopardy?
