You could take out a mortgage with any company and borrow and extra 48 months of mortgage payments and living expenses which you can use to make the first 48 months of mortgage payments.

It's actually 24 months at no payments and 24 months at a 25% discount before you're required to make full payments.

You can and probably really should ask a mortgage broker.

You could also just take out a personal loan.
