Loan application supporting documents

Hi,
I applied for a loan with Wesleyan Bank the other day, the contacted me for additional information about my outgoings (specifically rent payments) I explained my situation as I live with my parents and don't have a formal arrangement to pay rent to them. I received my loan agreement paperwork today as the loan has been agreed in principle. In the paper work they have asked me to send a copy of my tenancy agreement or evidence of rental income along with wage slips and bank statement for the last month (both of which are not a problem). Is it normal for them to ask for a tenancy agreement which obviously in my situation I don't have? I would call and ask but the line are not open until Monday morning and just wondered if anybody had any experience of this.
Thanks
