Just approved for a mortgage, can I get a loan?
Hi,
Just been approved for a mortgage. We have signed mortgage agreement etc. and just waiting for house to be built.
We also are desperately needing to update our car, how likely would it be to get accepted for a loan just weeks after being accepted for a Mortgage?
Also would going for a loan put the mortgage in jeopardy?

General advice is don't apply for any further finance until you have the keys.
Any further finance you take out could impact on mortgage affordability, and they can withdraw the mortgage up until the point you start paying it."Facism arrives as your friend.
