Bankruptcy and inheritance etc
I read that if you're declared bankrupt you can lose any assets gained over the period such as an inheritance etc. Would you lose the whole amount? What about savings from your wages? Anyone have any more info?

caplital repayments on loans
is it true that if you wish to pay a loan off early, you can make a capital repayment for most of the balance, and then when you settle, you only get charged interest on the amount outstanding and not the full loan amount?
