Flexible loan

I am thinking of buying a used/nearly new car, and spending about £15,000. I want to get the money via a flexible loan (eg. Cahoot) and then pay it off with a life-of-balance credit card(s). So I need a flexible loan, or at least a loan with no early repayment penalties.

Who except Cahoot gives such loans at what interest rates? Can I pay off a loan like that via a balance transfer from a credit card or do I have to get the credit card to SBT into my bank account? Who does the best life-of-balance cards at the moment and do any of them SBT?

If they don't, could I BT to my Egg card (which has a £0 balance) putting that card into credit, and then get them to SBT the over-payment into my bank account?
I'm married now! Yippee!
