  sorry for all the questions.. i have a 10 year old car.. on parkers guide it says for private sale it would be worth £720 but on auto trader for private sale it says £1340? what would the insolvency service use as i dont want to lose my car, i need it for work

  I did the calculator thing on some of the debt help websites and they say DRO is my best option. I have asked for the pack, so I think its on its way. If all my affairs are in order can I get it through before xmas? Its relatively straightforward in my case.
