Best way to start rebuilding credit rating?
Hi, My wife had an IVA 3 years ago, all paid off but the credit rating is still poor and she cannot get a bank account other than the one she has etc. Any ideas how to start rebuilding this easily? Obviously not wanting to do things that will cause her rating to drop as they credit check, the old chicken and egg situation.

Anyone tried getting a T-mobile contract with free gift??
Hi all I just realised I may have trouble getting a mobile phone contract... Been reading up and others in a IVA say T-mobile allow you a contract. But would they let you get a phone that comes with a free gift ie laptop, 40"tv etc on contract?? I would actually be paying £30 less than what I do now. Cheers

Please can anyone advise, I qualified for a DRO back in 2009, I was recently asked on a questionaire have i ever been or declared as bankrupt ! The qustion is a DRO although passed by insolvency, is this classed as bankrupt and does this have to be submitted "If asked"
