Hello
Paid the £90 and submitted debt relief order ,does anyone know how long it will take to hear back from the official receiver to see if it has been accepted ?
I think I included every single debt ,checked experian .My intermediary said the official receiver will check the credit file himself does he use experian ir will he use call credit a
Or equifax I am worried that if he does there may be something on there I didn't know about as I have not checked them .
Hope it goes through so I can sleep again without resorting to night nurse and stuff

Hi,
I generally find that I receive an email in about 24 hours after submission.
As routine, the DRO unit check Experian only.
DDDebt Doctor, Debt caseworker, Citizens' Advice Bureau .

I have recently submitted my DRO application. I haven't paid the £90.00 fee yet.
Can I apply for a credit card at this stage, I know it states that you can apply for credit no more than £500.
Only my friend is 6 months into her DRO and she got refused the basic Credit Card for people with bad credit history.
I don't neccessarily want to use it or run up more debts, I only want it to try to improve my now poor credit rating, and use it for extreme emergencies.
Any help greatly appreciated.0
