Iva- tax refund
A friend has just finished last payment of iva dec. he has done self assessment and has been told he is due for a 1500 refund. (Jan 13) will this be classed as windfall even though iva final payment made. Any advice greatly received

    Well as your IVA and HMRC aren't likely to be connected (?) then the chances of the IVA knowing about this are slim especially if you've cleared everything, once cleared your finances are your own business from what I know. Not sure on the legalities of not telling them though :o)
