DRO and VAT
Can you add VAT HMRC to a DRO? I was in business but finsihed trading and cant keep up the repayments for VAT Ive been advised i can apply for a dro but there unsure if personal debt ( credit card etc) and go with a business debt? even though im not trading anymore? Any help would be brill cheers

Vodafone chasing me for a debt listed on my DRO order.

iva settles early
hi, i entered into an iva nearly a year ago and it last for 7 years then i have to try re mortage which i doubt will be possible and if not have to do 1 more year on the iva . What i need to know is can ivas ever be ended early, if so how can this happen ? Thanks x

Hi ,I am in an IVA which takes into account my spouses income , although they are not in an IVA. Partner has been asked to work extra hours . What will happen to the salary increase ?
