Vodafone chasing me for a debt listed on my DRO order.

I had this letter from Vodafone for a debt which was original past on to CapQuest. In early May of this year I got my DRO order approved and the Vodafone debt was listed on my DRO form along with Halifax. CapQuest got a copy of my DRO as well has Halifax. Well today I got this letter from Vodafone.
Outstanding debt £613.16
NOTICE OF DEFAULT

Despite previous reminders, the above remains unpaid and your account has been cancelled. Unless we receive payment within the next 14 days we may:

-Register your account as a bad debt with a credit reference agency. This will be a point of reference for future companies providing credit and may therefore affect your ability to obtain credit in future.
-Instruct a Debt Collection Agency to collect the payment on our behalf. If we do, you will have to pay additional fees of up to 15% of the original bill charges due to the costs incurred by us a result of you breaking the terms of this agreement. This will not exceed £100 and the amount will be added to your debt by the agency managing your account on our behalf. This charge will not be subject to VAT.

Even at this stage, we can still re-establish a full service and avoid further action being taken on your account. Please call 08700 765 123 (standard call charges apply) to discuss the options available to you. Or visit Vodafone.co.uk

I have spoken to my official receiver about this and she said to me that there can't take any action against me. And also she told me to send a copy of my DRO order to them. Which I done today. I'm just wondering if they can still past the debt on to other debt collector.

They can sell the debt on to another collector, but the DRO still covers it.

    Nothing that they can do.

Thanks for the advice fermi, but I thought that by getting a DRO. The two debts what I had can't be passed on to a other debt collectors. Or even add interest to the debts.

I have just sent a e mail to Vodafone company representative on here to try to get this sorted.

Today, I have got other one demanding letter for money from Vodafone. Even though I have sent a copy of my dro order two weeks ago and highlighted the debt.
