DRO and VAT

Can you add VAT HMRC to a DRO?

I was in business but finsihed trading and cant keep up the repayments for VAT

Ive been advised i can apply for a dro but there unsure if personal debt ( credit card etc) and go with a business debt? even though im not trading anymore?


Any help would be brill

    Hi,

    Yes you can include all Revenue debts within a DRO.

    The mix of debts as you describe does not matter. If you have 'qualifying debts' of less than 15k in total then you will qualify for a DRO (if you meet the other conditions)

    I am an Authorised Intermediary, like others on here, I process DRO's.
