    Hi Jojo
    Congratulations for completing.:T
Your IVA will remain on your file for 6 years from date of acceptance.
Do you have your completion certificate yet?
If so, then check to see that all defaults on your credit report are dated from acceptance of IVA or before. Any that are not then you should write to that creditor along with a copy of your certificate and ask them to amend the date. That way everything should automatically fall off after the 6 year period.
I can not be sure about the bank account but it may be that until the IVA drops off your file or until you have cleaned up your credit files you may not have much luck.

    Hello,

I assume that CRAs will still hold adverse data on you and you will need to deal with this personally in order to ensure that the information on you becomes current.

Obtain confirmation from your IVA Supervisor that you have not satisfactorily completed your arrangement and then take several copies; you will need these to copy to all previous creditors who might not yet have updated their records with CRAs concerns you.

I'd say that you should have the problem resolved in at least two months if you get a copy of your file and write to your creditors at the addresses provided. You should also add a notice of dispute to your CRA file too.

    HTH - Good luck.
