IVA and remortgaging

Unfortunately you will not have much luck remortgaging whilst in an IVA

Good mortgage interest rate and IVA dont appear on the same sentence normally.
If you can arrange a remortgage while being on an IVA it almost certainly wont be on a good rate unless you have a lot of equity, and if you do then at the end of the IVA you will have to remortgage again anyway to release the equity."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
