At the moment I am seriously considering taking a Debt Relief Order out but before I done it I was wondering... 1. Has anyone done this? If so, is it worth doing? 2. I have a bank account at the moment which I need, would a DRO affect this? Thanks for any help giving.

Hi I signed a Scottish Trust deed in Sep 2006. I was finally discharged from this obligation in May 2010. The trustee paid the assigned creditors the monies…

Quick Question
My IVA was accepted on Monday and I've just had my paper work through the post. It lists the way in which my creditors voted. I've noticed that not all my creditors were on the voting list. Does this mean they just didn't bother to vote?
