Quick Question

My IVA was accepted on Monday and I've just had my paper work through the post. It lists the way in which my creditors voted. I've noticed that not all my creditors were on the voting list. Does this mean they just didn't bother to vote?

  • Hi Canadian passport
As i understand it all creditors would have had the option to vote, however the IVA result is based on the majority vote. So if they didn't bother to vote, it's because they would have been happy with whatever outcome knowing what was being offered.
    Wahoo have a great weekend.

    Yup.
Don't worry about it. They are bound by the IVA now regardless. They can't chase you for anything. :)
