Getting married on IVA?
I'm currently a year into my IVA, the second year is up in May 2009. My question is i'm thinking of getting married in 2010/2011, what will happen when you get married with the house assets. i.e. After getting married 50% of everything is split between you including any assets etc Will this effect the IVA in any way?

joint debt, ex husband with IVA
I had joint loans with my ex husband, he took out an IVA 5 years ago. His IVA has now been completed & he is making no more payments.
