in IVA & DRO
Does anyone know how much you can claim up to for 'hobbies' when applying for an IVA?

    not aware you can apply for hobbies, you allowed something for entertainment especially if you have children, but i dont think its much!

    Yep, that may have to come out of your "surplus" as I don't think you are able to claim for hobbies.
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

    Hi Mother Hen.

    Sorry, but hasn't someone already had a look at your Income and Expenditure yet?

    I got the impression from your earlier post that you were waiting for someone to draft your IVA proposal, but if you haven't had anyone look at your I&E, how do you know you have enough money available to qualify for an IVA or not?

    Have you been consulted yet?

    HI yes thats right we are having our proposal drawn up (if it even happens!) I was aware they we entered 0 for hobbies and suddenly thought is it realistic why not 'treat' ourselves occasionally, as we have nothing left after everything is taken from us each month towards to re-payments, so this really was an after thought!
