IVA & DMP - reclaim bank charges??
Hi everyone,
Quick background I recently entered into an IVA and my wife started a dept management plan DMP (she is self employed) both set up with CCCS who have been fantastic.
I am aware that I am unable to claim bank charges from Lloyds TSB due to my IVA but as the account is in joint names my question is 'can my wife claim back charges from LTSB?'.
LTSB are still charging interest for unplanned overdrafts and the dept is rising all the time. We do not use the account at all, can anyone give me some guidance please.
Many thanks.
