Moorcroft and CCCSVA

My IVA was accepted in september and done through CCCSVA, now I have had a letter from CCCSVA stating that Moorcroft, who had 4 of my debts have sold them back to the original companies.....[ Nationwide x2, Vodaphone and Argos ]
Have to try and find statements from these companies to send to CCCSVA to confirm account numbers so they can write to them.
They also said that if I recieve any correspondance from these companies to forward it.

I feel as if I'm back at square one now...!!
Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi Skibadee,

You should try not to concern yourself with regards to Moorcroft and others.

The main thing is that all your debts are bound by the IVA, and the arrangement is in place, so just keep making the contributions that you have agreed.

All the creditors are doing is sorting out between themselves who will receive the money that you will be paying back through the IVA, so try not to be disillusioned.
