Isa transfer not gone in yet
I transferred my lloyds ISA to the Santander but as yet the money has not been transferred, they received all paperwork etc on 26th March what will happen if it is not in by new tax year? will I not be able to put any new money in if it goes in after tomorrow?

help with ISA and savings
I have £8,400 sitting in a normal savings account where the interest is about to drop, I want to start an ISA. Should I wait until the 6th April to open one? If so can I only add in the £5,640 on that date? With the rest do I just look for a good interest rate savings account?

Fixed Term ISA
This may be a daft question but .. Just transfered my cash ISA into a fixed term for the first time but did not appreciate that you can not add to it in subsequent years. Can you a) start an new cash ISA during the fixed term period; b)can you then reconsile the two back into a single ISA at the end of the fixed term?
