Isa transfer not gone in yet

I transferred my lloyds ISA to the Santander but as yet the money has not been transferred, they received all paperwork etc on 26th March what will happen if it is not in by new tax year? will I not be able to put any new money in if it goes in after tomorrow?

Transfers do not count towards your yearly allowance, so it won't matter.0
