I have been trying to find a suitable home emergency policy for us but can't seem to find what Im after: Property is a holiday let Oil fired boiler Underfloor heating The combination of all 3 seems tricky especially the underfloor heating. Has anyone got any ideas? Many thanks in advance, David

House insurance - cracked garden wall
At the moment I can't locate the policy document for my buildings insurance, so in general, is a brick garden wall (which is not attached to the house), covered under buildings insurance ? It has large horizontal and vertical cracks which I suspect has been caused by a tree 2 feet from the wall.

Lapsed no claims bonus.
I am currently using my car no claims on my current car. I have had commercial insurance on an old work van what I don't have anymore. If I buy another car, can I use the lapsed commercial no claims I had (6years) on a new car policy. I want to keep both cars for a while.
