If I were to report to my home insurance company that I may have a case of subsidence, if it were proved to be a false alarm, would it affect all my future home insurance premiums? Or is it just if it proves to be subsidence and therefore a claim is…

Boiler coming on when it should be off
Recently I've noticed that the boiler comes on for about 30 seconds every 5 minutes or so, when the programmer is set for CH and HW off. Don't think its a problem with the programmer as the boiler still comes on turning the programmer to OFF. The boiler is a Baxi System 100 HE Plus and the programmer is an Iflo. The system…
