Damp in Church conversion?

Well not yet as project not started but any advice appreciated.
What is proposed is 1 church into 3 town houses
Currently has:
2ft thick stone and mortar walls.
No DPC fitted.
New mansard roof/slates/timbers proposed.
Wood floor to come up.
Internal trenches dug - concrete poured and then concrete block walls used as dividing walls.
Concrete beams spanning internal block walls for ground floor.
New RSJs for upper floors.
The floor presumably will have vapour barrier over insulation slabs etc.
My request really is best way to provide internal insulation to walls to prevent the stone walls from passing any damp to house exterior?
Injectable DPC has been mentioned plus PVA on internal walls.
Thanks for any advice
