They have decided that we have a lot of Magnaite in our system, and we need a powerflush and a Magnaclean unit fitting. Funny enough this is not covered by our contract and so they have left us with a quote for £695! Also if we…

Electric Showers
Hi, we had a new bathroom fitted 15 months ago, and the electric shower we had fitted has packed in. I was wondering, firstly, if anyone may have an idea what's up with it, and how to fix it.... Basically, the power is there (the light is on), but no water is coming out at all. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be very…

Tileloc help please
I'm moving into my new home soon and as there is no flooring and i am on a budget i am considering the Tile Loc random slate effect for my kitchen and bathrooms. My query is: Is Tileloc easy to fit? When you need to cut a bit off to fit etc is it complicated because of the no-glue clicking system? ARGH stress of a new home!

Sofa ... not so good
We have started looking round for a new 3-piece suite, and we're a bit disillusioned. Our habit is to settle into our existing settee of an evening, and at the end of the day possibly doze off a bit with head resting comfortably back. But modern sofas all seem to be the same basic boxy design, the frames having very low…
