Anyone heard of a make of windows called Belvedere?

I'm looking to get white UPVC windows in my house. Much shopping around and I've come accross a make of windows called Belvedere. I've got a brochure on them and the write up seems really good - good locking system and they are sort of sculptured, look really nice.
I know not everyone is a fan of UPVC windows, I'm not after an argument just if anyone can comment on the Belvedere make and quality.
