Whats the best deal on vacuum cleaners now?
i'm in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. Whats the best deal at the moment? My budget is around £50-100. Remember the dyson deal at £79 or £99 in sommerfield a few months ago? I don't really need a dyson. Just want a good machine that sucks like nothing sucks before. I really envy when people write reviews saying i…

We are beginning to reconsider selling our house and putting an extension up at the rear of the house, but the question is, can we build over a drainage cover? I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can't build within so many feet of them, so would we have to resite the drain (which is the main drain coming from…

Who built my Conservatory?
Hi Guys I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction. In November last year we bought our house and the main selling point for me was the beautiful Amdega conservatory. Our property was renovated by the previous owners about 10 years ago. He…

Wardrobe rail brackets?
Can anyone suggest a wardrobe rail bracket to attach to a wall that gives a clearance of about 30cm at all? Needs to connect at the rear of the rail and give enough space for a hanger? I'm having trouble finding one  and I need it there as my new built in wardrobe has a solid wall at the rear and not the sides.…
