Sadly my mum passed away in February - a month or two before she entered a competition. It seems now she might have won a cash prize. As she has passed away does this mean my dad should get it? I only ask the money, whilst not a huge amount, would really help him out as he's a pensioner. Any advice would be gratefully…

my bank of scotland account was frozen apparently because of illegal activity no idea why still trying to get it sorted. was wondering will i be able to open a new bank account elsewhere or will they know my bank of scotland account is frozen and refuse me, im not bankrupt or anything. many thanks :)
