Consumer 'contracts'
Doesn't tying people into any type of contract upon purchase (i.e. mobile phone, car insurance) contravene our Competition Law as it stops the opportunity for the consumer to move freely within the market? Just a thought. Also, to ask consumers to pay to free themselves up from these contracts seems to be penalising them…
