My partner has been a…

Being a self-employed lodger? Will it affect capital gains tax for landlords?
I recently moved into a house as a lodger, just before the coronavirus crisis hit. I was an employee, never doing any work from home. However, I have taken unpaid leave for health reasons. I'm vulnerable to covid-19 but not so vulnerable that my employer was willing to give paid leave. However, I'm well-educated and…

Original plan and knowing what a state they had got the place in was to have a couple of months doing work on the place and then to put it on the market. I am just completing the first…
