Funds release day

Today is the day funds get released from nationwide.

Did your mortgage appear on the banking app on the same day or is that later on?

We can’t wait to get the keys tomorrow.  Be moving essentials over first as we need to have it occupied for insurance purposes.

We are going to decorate the bedroom first and sleep in the spare room. Then do the sitting and dining room and see where we are at with lock down to move the larger stuff.

Different lender, so haven't a clue how that side will work.

Similar plan to you, only I'm relying on my little car to begin with.

I'm painting the lounge white as the other rooms are already white. Can't be looking at magnolia when that's all I've seen for 3.5 years!

Will touch up any other rooms as required.

@Chavy89 have a look on your local selling groups, if you are on FB, loads of turf available by me from the smaller businesses trying to stay afloat.

@Chavy89 you trying to do it via an app or online banking as that's a low amount. Drop your solicitor a message so they know it's coming in two parts.
