Is selling a help to buy home in the first 5 years pay off the equity loan?
Hi all. If I were to sell a help to buy property in the first 5 years when the government equity loan is still interest free, would I be making a sensible decision? We weren't present at check out, where they found (amongst other alleged and disputed things) 3 light bulbs that need changing. They want to charge £25 per bulb. We live very locally and have offered to go in and change them but they are refusing and it's going to arbitration. Is this reasonable behaviour?
