can my landlord take me to county court in this case?
I owe my awful landlord rent and that amount of rent is more than the amount of the security deposit, but I am leaving the UK soon as I am not living here any more. my question is: can my landlord still take me to county court as I won't have a UK address or any other UK connections any more? I am living abroad.

essential searches for retirement village
Hi - my father is buying a flat on a brand new retirement village. He is a cash buyer, so can choose which searches to carry out. He is reluctant to do all the searches as he believes the (very reputable) company would have done their own due diligence. I think he should do the LA search but would it still be prudent to do…
