Abode Conveyancing - updated view
There are so many mixed views on the above. Over a number of yers on MSE there are + and - views that appear to be from trolls & spammers, but also there are quite a number of + and - views on MSE and elsewhere from people who seem genuine, and have a posting history that supports this. So I was wondering if anyone has…

New House question
It looks as if a house move is on the cards - if I want to stay in employment..... We own our own 3 bed semi at the moment (no mortgage) - and think that the simplest method, in th current market conditions is a new house purchase using part ex - but most of the "part exchange" schemes on offer - are NOT part ex - merely…

YBS 10 Year FIX 4.69% - IS THIS AS GOOD AS IT GETS?
Hi, I am a FTB - looking to take this product as I like the certainty of a long term fix and the fact that you pay one arrangement fee over 10 years. Is this as good as 10 year fixes have ever been? Or is this to prudent? Would it be better value to take the 5 year fix at 3.5%?

Estate Agents Hidden Agenda??
I have instructed what seems to be the best of the worst EA's in my area to sell my house - unfortunately they all seem to exaggerate the truth but reluctantly these ones are tenacious for a sale. Anyway, they have gone in and taken photo's and had the ad up on rightmove and all the major sites within days. Their minimum…

How often is it reasonable to view your new house while awaiting completion?
Just had offer accepted on new build, I assume completion will take 6 weeks or so, how often do you think its reasonable to ask the estate agent to view the property? (you know how it is, there's always little things that occur to you after you've visited a week later etc...)
