completing what do you do about notifying utilities
I am completing on a property shortly and as a FTB am unsure about what happens about notifying the utility companies, do i wait until i move in then notify them or can i tell them beforehand? Also do i have to stick with the utility companies the vendors use or can i choose which ones to use?
