Right exercises?
Can someone tell me if the exercises I'm doing are helping or hindering me?! My main reason is to loose weight but also I want to tone as I loose weight. I'm a member of the gym but I really don't like using the machines as I find it dull and really hard to motivate myself. I'll start off on a treadmill and after 3 minutes…

Does orthodontistry have to be so expensive?
My 14 year-old twin daughters were referred to an orthodontist as they each have one eye tooth a little out of line with the rest of their teeth. The orthodontist has prescribed braces - at a cost of £2165 each! This includes a 15% sibling discount. I am not prepared to pay this. I don't think the work is necessary anyway…

Confused about dentist?

I stopped going to the dentist 2 years ago but my Mum always used to take me so neither of us have a clue where to go/how much it costs etc? I have heard the NHS is free but apparently the waiting list is…

sonic tooth brush sanitiser - waste of money or not?
Time to replace my sonicare for the 3rd time (!) and I noticed that they now sell sanitisers (about £30) to keep your toothbrush germ free. Is this necessary or another money spinner?
