Cheapo Noodles

Hello all, have had a search, so apologies if I've missed something, but does anyone know the calorie content of these if you don't add the flavour dust stuff? Is it the same or is there a load of sugar etc in it?

I'm looking for cheapy diet lunch stuff, and that was on my list, as I lost loads of weight when eating nothing but supernoodles while travelling a few years ago, but apparently they're really fattening?

Any thoughts?

I lost loads of weight about two years ago and have managed to keep it off and feel great, also just had a health check at docs and am very healthy all round. My diet was very simple and cheap. Dont eat anything made with grain, just to be clear that is all products made with flour, maize etc and including rice. Eat potatoes once every couple of weeks cooked however you like. No sugar, if you are having a craving try splenda as a substitute. Everything else is fine, meaning, meat, fish and any other veg or salad. You dont need to to portion control. Because you will have cut back so much you dont need to worry about hidden sugars etc in foods for example my fav lunch is a tin of tuna mixed with mayo and sweet corn. I just have to say this is my own diet that has worked really well for me but is not based on any medical or nutritional advice. Best of luck.
Thank you for this site Martin

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The first time I did Slimming World I lived on Batchelors 0% supernoodles/own brand for lunches and lost 3.5 stone but this was combined with smaller portions for breakfast (usually cooked) and dinner (usually meat and two/three veg).

There's no fat in the actual noodles but the sachets do contain lots of salt. You can add a handful of frozen veg to the noodles if you want some flavour! You can also through some chicken & more veg in to make it into an evening meal!
