price of apples!
I've just paid £2.73 in the Co-Op for two apples ..and another £1.17 for a small cooking apple  Is this normal? Perhaps the variety I bought are out of season. They weren't even organic or anything like that. I'm sure apples are not usually that pricey!

Why has Milk gone up so much lately?
Currently at Aldi a 4 pint of milk is 95p. At Tesco its £1. I can remember the price being as low as 75 - 79p last year when the farmers were moaning about it. Since then its on an upward spiral. Apple cider in small bottles or cans under 400ml
This is for my grandmother, who is in her late 80s. Likes to have the odd cider at home. - once a week. I can't find any small bottles or cans of cider, like you do with beer. Want something like the Kopperberg 10 can pack, but don't do the apple one. She doesn't like the fruit ones. Don't suggest a screwcap large bottle…
