Waitrose Gift
Wow I know you should never look a gift horse...etc. But doing a shop in my local Waitrose at the check out I was asked if I wanted a free conference pear, now I know they have their free coffee daily, but this is the first time I have been offered a piece of fruit.
In any event if the idea was to encourage me to buy pears next time they failed miserably, as the pear was rock hard and tasteless.
