I use quite a lot of spices in my cooking. I was just wondering where everyone buys theirs from. They can be expensive in the supermarkets.

Help with grocery shopping/meal planning
I seem to be wasting too much food lately and it's down to lack of planning mainly because hubby and I have stressful jobs at the mo and I just don't get time at the weekend to sit down and plan meals and then buy what's needed. We used to eat a lot of convenience food (cooking is more of a chore than a pleasure for me…

blimmin sainsburees
They appear to have stopped stocking their TTD-style excellent free-range mayonnaise and garlic mayonnaise. I bet blimmin Hellman's kicked off as it was cheaper than Hellman's (and better). Anyone noticed that since Hellman's went free-range their prices are ridiculous? (Have you also noticed that the wording on Hellman's…

Tesco delivery return question
I did a tesco home delivery for today. The problem is that I've just seen 1 of the items (4 pack of Heinz baked beans), on offer in Somerfield, (2 for £3). It's too late for me to cancel it off my order online so I was wondering, can I tell the delivery guy I don't want it and he'll knock it of my order there and then, or…

Sainsburys free 800g loaf (BOGOF later)

This doesn't apply to all stores and excludes taste the difference and organic loaves. But…

Sainsburys 160g shortbread biscuits 12p on sainsburys.com? poss error?
Surely Mr JS can't be selling packs of basics shortbread biscuits (160g) for 12p can he? http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/index.jsp I typed 'basics' into the search banner and the 4th item down was these! They stayed at 12p when added to my basket too. Amazing. You couldn't make them for that price. SFG x
