Well I bit the bullet today and ordered some things from the budget good website so fingers crossed everything comes! They did have a little word saying that they running a little behind but that souldnt be too much of a bother. They also had stardrops which i have never been able to get before so I am really pleased!

Has anyone else used them before and what are your opinions please??

ETA - its actually called food bargains!!

its a close to sell by date kind of operation! Very similar to approved food (i read about both in the paper the other day and decided to google it :rotfl:)

Good idea though - but only if there are things you would normally use :p

they are actually called food bargains - ooooops

    Hi elf,

You should get more replies to your thread on the Food Shopping & Groceries board so I've moved your thread across.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Doesn't look half as good as Approved foods site or bargains.

I second this - Ive used Approved and was very pleasantly suprised, everything was excellent, and the packing was great. I did an order with my Mum so we could split the delivery cost (£5.25).
