Employer failed to setup PAYE then sacked me?
I worked for a company for just over 4 months. They said they were expanding and had never setup PAYE before and to bear with them. I saw that they also had other problems with moving units and the likes so I understood that things might be slow but did say it would be sorted. I was given what I would have taken home after…

Signed off sick - been offered a new job
I've been signed off sick from work since 17th December. The sickness is work related and mostly down to my employer refusing to make reasonable adjustments and undoing adjustments put into place prior to the company being taken over. Since I was signed off I have not had any contact with HR and my requests for assessment…

On work programme, busfare?
Hi, Today I was booked in for a work shop, when I arrived I was told it had been cancelled. I was told they would have the session next week instead and that I would get a letter about it. I am very careful with my oystercard, only use it for buses and when I really need it. I felt a bit upset because I thought they could…

HNC/HND Admin - Distance Learning
Has anyone ever done a distance learning course for the above. If so: 1) How long did it take? 2) Was it extremely difficult? 3) Approximately how much did it cost? It's just something I was thinking of doing as all the jobs I am looking at seem to require this qualification even though I have years of experience working…

I have worked here for almost 6 years. When I first started I was told I would get a contract that I would need to sign and hand back.
