CACHE Tutor ?

Hi
I am looking to change direction and work part time as a CACHE tutor
I am a qualified secondary school teacher but can someone tell me how and what you need to be a CACHE tutor. I have been looking at teaching Level 1 Caring for Children, I've rung the awarding body they have told me to ask the provider what they require. I've sent off for an application pack hoping there is a job spec to go by.
Is it just experience of the subject required or a specific qualification?
Thanks in advance
