GCSE Grade A* ~ C to include Math and English
This essential criterion is popping up more and more nowadays. Now it would appear to me that, on the face of it, this may be age discrimination, be it indirectly if no equivalents are acceptable for the time before GCSEs, for those persons above a certain age; but, what if the candidate is young enough to have sat GCSEs…

Do I need to officially form as a company or sole trader?
I'm thinking I don't want to be done for tax fraud or anything. I'm 16 and a student at sixth form studying my A levels. Which Union to join?
My husband works for a large, international, privately owned (I think!). He is a Data Centre Engineer. Strange strange organisation
It's me again. I know I need to grow up and leave the organisation but something is stopping me from doing it - maybe fear of bad climate out there etc. Basically, I just cannot handle the strange things that I have to do in my job. It's a team of 5 and I would say I play quite a pivotal role. I've slept over at the bosses…

Unagreed Wage Cut
I've recieved a letter recently to my home address from the company i work for saying that they agreed the wrong amount originally for me to get paid (£22,500), so it will now be reduced to £22,000 a year. I think the £500 extra was due to the fact that i have a degree. Surely this cannot happen without my consent?

NMW, fast-food delivery,& Recruitment
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) is currently set at £6.08. Can a fast food chain employ a 'delivery' driver at a lower rate per hour, say £4.50, by using the defence that that employee is self-employed and he will get on top of this flat-rate, for every food stuff delivered, £1.50?
