Positive feedback then buyer asks for refund
I've had a buyer left me positive feedback for an item then an week later has sent a message saying it was not as described and can I refund them and that they will return the item if I provide a pre-paid label. Do I just ask them to open a case with ebay and accept the return then refund?

How does second chance offer work on ebay
If you was bidding on a item and you didn't win it then 3 days later you get a second chance offer can the original buyer still pay for the item once you have paid even if it was the only item they had to sell. The reason why I ask is because I haven't received a item after 2 weeks and I think this may have happened.
